I ran out of ink in the middle of printing and gave these guys a call. Talked to a very friendly employee who took down my info and what I was looking for so they could review their stock if they had what I needed. I headed over to a big box store in the meantime and dropped A LOT of money on the toner cartridges that I needed (because of my own impatience). As I was driving home, I got a call from Steve that he had exactly what I needed at a fraction of the price. I visited the store and they took care of me for almost 1/3 the price of what I was charged at Office Depot. Steve even took the time to look up the difference in page count between the cartridge I was looking for and the high-capacity version. He helped me determine I will want to get a different printer in the near future to be more cost effective for how much I print. I am so impressed at how personable and caring their customer service was. I will be returning the ink I bought at Office Depot and visiting NOCO Ink & Toner for all of my needs now.

They didn't have what I needed in the Fort Collins office, so Steve went out of his way to pick it up in the Greeley office and deliver it. Deliver it! Amazing customer service!

I love this place, the cartridges are around $12 for my Epson printer, in the office store they're around $20. They always fit my printer and last just as long as the big box store brand. I've never had a bad experience I've purchased around 3 cartridges from them and every time I was in and out with the correct cartridge at an affordable cost. I'll never buy my cartridges from Office Max or Wal-Mart again.
